Virtual Lunchtime Meditation Session—Mindfulness and New Beginnings led by Elizabeth Coleman

The CLS Mindfulness Program is pleased to invite you to next week's roster of virtual events. Please note that yoga will be on Tuesday, 1/18, rather than on Monday, which is a University holiday in observance of Martin Luther King Day.
These offerings include a morning yoga session with Magi Pierce (Tuesday 1/18), and a mindfulness meditation session titled "Mindfulness and New Beginnings" led by Elizabeth Coleman (Wednesday 1/19) (bios below).

Magi Pierce has been teaching yoga and meditation for over a decade. Inspired by her longtime study of asana (posture), meditation, philosophy, and anatomy, she is fascinated by the intersection and overlap of the physical, mental, and breath bodies. She continually aspires to teach an inquiry of subtle alignment in a lighthearted way that is both accessible and relevant. For more on Magi her website is magipierce.com.
Elizabeth J. Coleman has taught the eight-week MBSR class and mindful meditation in group settings and privately for over a decade. She has also designed and led many shorter programs for educational institutions, bar associations, law firms, nonprofits and others. She practiced law for over twenty years, specializing in law in the public interest, and has served as an executive at several organizations. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Also, a graduate of an MFA program in writing, Elizabeth is the author of five collections of poetry and the editor of Here: Poems for the Planet (Copper Canyon Press, 2019).
